You could easily add this card in any Rakdos deck since it essentially only needs itself to work well enough, but it also fits wonderfully in decks like Anje Falkenrath madness or any other mechanic that technically plays things from exile

Not only that, but when you actually cast it (not an ETB effect, of course!), its got a pretty powerful effect to go along with it

You'll often only need to deal with a couple enchantments at a time, so you can lean into the other modes instead, gaining life or creating board presence depending on the state of the game
