Both of these cards look like powerhouses
The instant turns creatures that died the same turn it was cast into Food artifacts under your control, so if you ever wanted to eat your opponents' monsters, this card is for you
The more the investment, the more tokens and counters you get
And you can flash it out when something is about to die, for example, if your foe just cast Wrath of God, with you controlling a 7/7 modified Blanka wearing Sword of Feast and Famine you can cast this on a 2/2 Goblin Anarchomancer, and then they'll make 9 1/1s instead of the 7 you'd get by enchanting Blanka with it
Top-down cards are where we try to translate something into Magic mechanics as flavorfully as possible, without much regard for the rest of the set
Urborg Scavengers is redundant in the deck, but playing a lot like Soulflayer is a good thing
