In all cases but the worst, Sephiroth's price is bound to go up rather than down

The drawback of giving your opponent a 3/3 flier probably matters in Constructed formats, but its less of a problem in Commander (see: Swan Song)

While many of these cards will rise into the range I predicted over time, my set review does no one any good if the prices arent accurate four to six months out
