The bottom line is, if you know what your goals in the hobby are , the easier it is to set aside money to spend on specific products that align with your interests
It's a fun deck if you like to win games quickly and slam down big cards to intimidate your opponents
Extra-turn cards should only appear in low quantities and are not intended to be chained in succession or looped
And in any case, it makes sense to be circumspect about the investment potential of the cards
Even though I'm giving this card an average rating, it is a very solid stage 1 Pokemon card and definitely one that I would use in my deck, I especially like that Scrafty has a low retreat cost and that both of its moves do damage
It only costs one mana to summon it to the field, and each turn, it can exile cards from either graveyard for an effect
