Engineer in particular is a really good and efficient answer to Nemesis in Legacy and it also answers other decks like elves and goblins, making it a great sideboard choice all round

So, for as good as the game is and it really is brilliant the seemingly never-ending cost to keep playing (which feels a bit like DLC in modern video games) does drop it down our list significantly

And it underwent changes in its effect as, in the first version, if you had a basic Pokmon and a stage 2 in your hand on the same turn, you could evolve directly without having to wait a turn after putting the basic one into play, and of course that changed over time

No descriptive/lore text makes me a little sad, but instead we got a cool portrait of Blaine's face where that text would've gone so who can complain right
